Associate/Senior Associate: Commercial Litigation

About the role:

• Work closely with respected Brisbane partners across complex commercial disputes, insolvency and banking litigation matters.
• Be involved in corporations law disputes, complex insolvency matters and banking and finance litigation for a strong national client base.
• Take on meaningful responsibility across strategy, drafting, client contact, negotiations and court facing work, with the support you need to step up.

The ideal candidate:

• Have 4-7years’ experience in commercial litigation and/or insolvency.
• Solid technical skills and the ability to manage matters independently.
• Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction and strategic problem-solving.
