Social Media Content CoordinatorPurpose of the Role
Bring NMJ’s brand to life across social channels through high-quality, engaging content and an “always-on” presence. This role blends daily content creation and publishing with the practical implementation of our social strategy, helping to grow and engage our community while supporting key business goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Strategy Implementation
- Execute the approved social strategy and support marketing management in refining it over time and in response to key metrics.
- Identify opportunities within each platform, suggesting content requirements and tailoring posts to the unique needs and algorithms of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging channels.
- Assist in building channel-specific growth plans that align with NMJ’s overall marketing targets.
Content Creation & Publishing
- Plan, capture, edit and publish daily photo, video and written content that reflects NMJ’s craftsmanship and values across all relevant channels.
- Maintain a dynamic posting calendar and ensure an “always-on” approach.
- Proactively seek new content ideas and creative ways to engage followers and customers.
Community Engagement & Customer Collaboration
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and tags promptly, collaborating with Customer Service to ensure follower queries are handled with care.
- Capture email details and introduce prospective Bespoke clients to the Bespoke Design team.
Influencer & Partnership Execution
- Work closely with marketing management to deliver the planned influencer strategy.
- Leverage existing relationships, identify new national and international partners who share NMJ’s values, nurture connections, and coordinate outreach.
Performance Tracking
- Use in-app analytics and website metrics to compile concise monthly reports on reach, engagement and follower growth, sharing insights and recommendations with the marketing team.
Skills & Experience
- Strong visual storytelling and short-form video editing skills (Reels/TikTok).
- Confident, concise copywriting aligned to brand tone.
- Familiarity with scheduling/analytics tools (e.g. Later, Meta Business Suite, Canva).
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to timely opportunities.
