Property Portfolio Manager

The Opportunity

We're seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to join our Asset Management team. You'll be the key contact for a portfolio of retail properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant. What You'll Be Doing

· Manage a diverse national portfolio of retail properties

· Lease administration, renewals, and tenant vacates

· Conduct inspections and coordinate maintenance

· Prepare and reconcile budgets and outgoings

· Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

· Maintain accurate records in Cirrus8 and SharePoint

What we're looking for

· Experience in property or asset management (retail preferred)

· Strong knowledge of the Retail Leases Act 2003 or or equivalent legislation in other Australian states and territories

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Cirrus8

· Excellent communication and relationship management skills

· High attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach

· A passion for property and delivering exceptional service

· Current Australian real estate licence required
