The Role Reporting into the Project Leadership, you will;

• Manage, oversee and coordinate the Projects team, and work closely with other internal and external key stakeholders.
• Maintain a high level of compliance to the PMP process across the region and be heavily involved in the project reviews, project kickoffs, bid sign offs and sales handover.
• Ensure the team operate in a safe manner and adhere to the Values of the business.

You will have the full responsibility of the following KPI’s:

1. Safety performance; lead and lag indicators focused hazard identification and risk assessment and incident severity as well as proactive initiatives
2. Human Resources; Retention of staff, employee satisfaction through the GPTW initiative and internal promotion
3. Financial; P&L to budget, debtors and cashflow
4. Project performance; projects on or better than budget, minimising the projects with reduction in margin

Skills and Experience Required You are a natural leader who understands the ethos that people buy from people. It is essential you bring:

• Complex Industrial Automation project delivery (A$20m+) of Electro-Mechanical nature
• PMP Certification Engineering related tertiary or diploma education
• Leadership of people with a technical engineering profile
• Exceptional ability to develop and manage key stakeholder relationships from scratch
• Ability to lead operational and maintenance personnel
• Sound working knowledge of financial management and budgeting processes including the ability to estimate cost to complete and forecast cost at completion
• Management of contractual and commercial issues such as variations
• Proven experience in negotiation and conflict management
