Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Manager located in the Greater Brisbane Area. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, managing a team of trainers, and ensuring that training objectives are met. This role involves conducting training sessions, assessing training needs, creating training materials, and coordinating with various departments to enhance employees' skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in designing and implementing training programs
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Ability to assess training needs and create appropriate materials
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using training software and tools
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
