Our Opportunity The key focus areas of this role include:
- Work with business units and stakeholders to align ERP strategy, identify system and process improvements, and ensure excellent customer service. Clearly document stakeholder needs and incorporate them into test scenarios, focusing on Technology One project Lifecycle Management (PLM), Performance Planning (PP – LGS), and Strategic Asset Management (SAMA) modules.
- Manage the full project lifecycle for ERP solutions, covering scoping, design, implementation, and testing. Create thorough documentation, integrate test plans, supervise UAT, and coordinate technical teams to achieve reliable system interfaces and business improvements.
- Ensure ERP developments meet legal and professional standards, protect data integrity and security, and support organizational change. Promote strong testing protocols and minimize implementation disruptions to drive successful outcomes.
About You We’re looking for a Business Analyst to play a key role in our ERP Replacement Program team. You’ll bring both experience and passion in the field of business analysis, coupled with a proactive mindset towards achieving high-quality business solution outcomes to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
