We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and motivated Administration Officer to join the Admissions Department at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital. As a member of our team, you will be given opportunities to grow and develop your Administrative skills. You will work together with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to achieve a common goal of delivering high quality patient centred care. Where you'll be working Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital - Admissions Department What You'll Be Doing The Admissions Administration Officer provides a comprehensive range of administration support and customer service to the staff and consumers of NSLHD, in the pursuit of unit and department outcomes. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply. Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria

  • Excellent communication skills and well developed customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Demonstrated experience, knowledge or exposure of patient admission processes and/or financial classifications processes within Public Hospital system, similar organisation, or workplace.
