We’re seeking a Principal Consultant to join our Oracle practice. This is a client-facing leadership role where you’ll lead Oracle ERP projects as a Lead Consultant and Solution Architect, guiding clients through their digital transformation journey and delivering innovative Oracle Fusion ERP solutions that create real business value.

As part of our Oracle practice, you will:

• Lead Oracle ERP transformation projects from design through to implementation and cutover.
• Provide solution architecture and functional expertise across Fusion ERP modules, including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Financial Reporting, and Procurement.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into ERP solutions, and articulate the business value.
• Lead and facilitate client workshops, presentations, solution walkthroughs, and strategic roadmaps.
• Support presales activities including solution design, proposals, and estimations.
• Develop strategy, roadmap, and architecture documentation for clients.
• Mentor and guide consulting teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 8+ years of Oracle Fusion ERP consulting experience, ideally with a business/accounting degree or CPA qualification.
• Proven leadership on at least one full-cycle Oracle ERP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ERP best practices, enterprise architecture, and change management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
• At least one current Oracle ERP certification.
• Experience producing high-quality strategy, roadmap, and solution documentation.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to deliver under pressure.
