Position Classification: Administrative Officer Level 3 Remuneration: $35.84 - $36.96 per hour + annual leave loading + 11.5% Superannuation Location: Concord Centre for Mental Health Requisition ID: REQ643521 Sydney Local Health District is one of the fastest growing Local Health Districts in New South Wales.Our facilities and services are world class and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring.About The Role The Collaborative Centre for Cardiometabolic Health in Psychosis (ccCHiP) is a clinical service that aims to improve physical health outcomes for people living with severe and enduring mental illness. This position supports that vision by ensuring the ccCHiP clinics function smoothly and at optimal capacity. This position is responsible for the day to day coordination of ccCHiP clinics and for the provision of a high standard of administrative support to the ccCHiP team. - Excellent interpersonal skills including an ability to liaise with a wide variety of staff and consumers.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an administrative setting with established high level computer literacy and experience in using computer software packages i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
