We are seeking a proactive, organised, and motivated Administration Officer to support the Nursing Unit Manager/Nurse Manager of ICU/PICU within our Executive Intensive Care Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care by ensuring our clinical teams are well-supported through exceptional administrative coordination. As a Key Member Of Our ICU Administration Team, You Will Play An Important Role In Supporting Positive Healthcare Outcomes For Our Patients, Families, And Visitors. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the NUM/NM of ICU/PICU
- Assisting with rostering, recruitment processes, and workforce coordination
- Completing audit and data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinating education sessions, training courses, and professional development activities for nursing staff
- Delivering professional reception and front-of-house services for the unit
Supporting the broader executive administration team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment About You: We are looking for an administration professional who is:
