About The Opportunity The Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) Program is entering a critical phase, with Tranche A moving into Go-Live - where years of planning and design translate into real-world clinical impact and transform how clinicians and patients access and use health information. To support this and future milestones, we are establishing talent pools for the following positions within the newly formed Project Delivery Office (PDO) of the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA)Project Manager (Health Manager Level 3)

In these roles, you will play a key role in delivering, adopting and optimising business, ICT and digital initiatives at scale. You’ll drive end-to-end project delivery, working closely with clinical, technical and executive stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards. Senior Project Managers will also provide leadership, guidance and strategic oversight across complex and large-scale initiatives. - Lead the end-to-end delivery of clinical, digital and ICT projects within the SDPR program
- Plan and control project scope, schedules, resources, risks and dependencies
- Coordinate delivery across clinical, operational, technical and vendor teams
- Oversee cross-stream interdependencies to ensure alignment with program milestones
- Provide effective governance, reporting and engagement with executive stakeholders
- Deliver configuration, integration and implementation workstreams across the program
- Manage change impacts, issues and escalation pathways in complex environments
- Support smooth service transition from project delivery into business-as-usual operations
- Embed continuous improvement in project delivery practices, tools and standards
- Contribute to the delivery of multiple SDPR tranches and concurrent initiatives
About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience delivering medium to large, complex projects in a large, multi-stakeholder organisation, ideally within health, government or a similarly regulated environment.
- Brings recognised Project Management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile) or equivalent demonstrated experience delivering projects to scope, time, cost and quality.
- Is highly organised and outcomes-focused, with strong capability in managing competing priorities, risks and dependencies.
- Communicates with influence and credibility, building trust and effective partnerships across teams, directorates and agencies.
- Is committed to fostering a positive, performance-driven workplace culture and continuously improving project delivery practices.
- For Senior Project Manager roles, you bring extensive experience leading ICT/digital projects, with strong knowledge across ITIL disciplines such as Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement.
