Strategy Manager

The Group Strategy team plays a central role in setting the organizational strategy to remain a top player in Industry. The team is responsible for working with senior stakeholders to develop, articulate and deliver on the strategic priorities of the business.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support Head of Group Strategy and GM Corporate Strategy to design and deliver company strategy and support decision making
• Lead the development and delivery of key business strategies and corporate plan
• Lead analysis and structured problem solving to develop and articulate initiatives and key success metrics on key strategic issues
• Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders in the business as a strategic thought partner and driver of execution against strategic initiatives
• Make a positive contribution to the development of the culture and capability of the Group Strategy team

Experience Required

• 5-8 years’ experience in management consulting with strategy focus
• Proven experience in complex analytical problem solving
• A high level of proficiency using relevant tools & techniques (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel)
• Previous experience in managing people and projects end-to-end
• Experience in writing or contributing to board-level presentations and reports
• Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders
• Previous experience in working with cross-functional business units
• Ability to lead and work in a high-performance team environment
