Defence Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Program Support practitioner to join a senior advisory team supporting a high-profile engagement with the Australian Submarine Agency. The work is substantive, high-visibility, and directly contributes to building Australia's sovereign submarine industrial base.

We're open to candidates at either Level 2 (Practitioner) or Level 3 (Advanced Practitioner), depending on experience.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in Defence, government consulting, or complex program environments
• Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Defence procurement, industry policy, capability frameworks, or sovereign industrial base initiatives (advantageous)
• Ability to engage effectively across government, industry, and senior Defence stakeholders
• Strong documentation, coordination, and reporting skills
• Comfortable working autonomously and contributing to a senior advisory team

Essential requirements: Active NV1 clearance | Canberra-based | Start date April 2026
