We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director to join our leadership team at our beautiful Parramatta campus. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you can make a real impact every day. About The Role As the Assistant Director, you'll work closely with the Campus Director and Educational Leader to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, lead your floor team, and support the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care. You Will Play a Vital Role In:

• Supporting and mentoring educators to reach their full potential
• Ensuring compliance and safety across all aspects of campus operations
• Building trusted, respectful relationships with families
• Contributing to a culture of learning, care, and inclusion
• Driving continuous improvement in line with the NQF and 'The OAC Way'

About You We're looking for a confident and collaborative Early Childhood leader who is ready to take the next step in their career. We see the successful candidate having:

• A Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
• At least 2–3 years' experience in a leadership role
• Excellent knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills
• A proactive, supportive, and team-focused leadership style
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
