Your new opportunity: Located in either Geelong, Ballarat or Melbourne, this role will be responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the core commercial space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets. The key responsibility areas around operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What we offer:

• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
• CPV status combined with significant experience in the commercial valuation space
• A keen attention to detail, excellent report writing, and strong analytical skills
• Outstanding customer service and stakeholder communication abilities
