Your new opportunity: This role is located in Gold Coast QLD, and will be responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the core commercial space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets. The key responsibility areas around operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What we offer:

What sets you apart from the rest: We are seeking a driven professional with a CPV qualification, appropriate valuation skills with exceptional communication and business development skills. You have a commitment to professional development, together with:

• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
• CPV status combined with commercial valuation experience.
• Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
