Recruitment/Resourcing Coordinator - Civil Construction

The Role:

• Maintain and manage current workforce to accommodate client requirements.
• End to end management of new workforce: sourcing – onboarding – allocating.
• Screening and referencing new starters.
• Build strong relationships with clients in the Civil Construction space in Sydney.
• Ability to work within a team and support the recruitment team.

Requirements:

• A background in the Civil Construction space is a must. (Doesn’t necessarily have to be recruitment)
• Communication is key – clients & candidates will be in constant contact.
• Ability to identify top talent and placement is critical to the role.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the business.
• Hard working, attention to detail & organised individual.
• We like to enjoy ourselves so bring your sense of humour.
