About Pace Live & 614 Talent
Pace Live in association with 614 Talent, is an international live entertainment company based in Australia, producing and touring world-class theatre, dance, and live performance across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, and the US.
Our flagship productions including the A Taste of Ireland company shows have toured globally for over a decade, delighting audiences in theatres from Sydney to New York.
As we expand our producing portfolio into new theatrical works and large-scale touring productions, we’re looking for passionate, organised, and forward-thinking individuals to join our growing producing team. With offices and collaborators across multiple continents, Pace Live is a dynamic company at the forefront of international touring entertainment.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Producer to help deliver impactful marketing campaigns, secure venue bookings, and oversee ticketing operations for Pace Live’s Australian and international productions.
You’ll work closely with the company’s producers, marketing team, and venues to ensure that each show’s marketing, ticketing, and promotional rollout is seamless — from the moment a show goes on sale right through to curtain up.
Reporting directly to the Executive Producer, this role is central to the coordination of all sales and marketing activity across multiple territories. Every day will look different, one moment you’ll be negotiating venue holds in the UK, and the next you’ll be building a marketing brief or preparing a ticketing report from an Australian tour.
You’ll be trusted to manage your own workload, maintain structure, and work proactively within established systems and processes.
This role is based in South East Queensland, with 1–2 office days per week at our Bundall office and flexibility for remote work. Applicants from all over SEQ are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
As Assistant Producer, you will be responsible for the following, including but not limited to:

- Coordinate presales, e-blasts, and promotional offers with venues and partners.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with promoters, venue teams, and marketing partners.
Marketing & Campaign Coordination
- Manage the delivery of all marketing collateral, including artwork, trailers, photography, copy, and press assets; to venues and agencies.
- Support the creation and rollout of integrated campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast.
- Liaise with designers, media buyers, PR, and marketing agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on brand and on schedule.
- Maintain marketing and promotional calendars for all active and upcoming productions.
- Ensure consistent branding and tone across all materials and territories.
- Contribute to database marketing, and e-newsletter campaigns.
- Coordinate reporting on campaign performance, audience data, and ROI.
Systems, Processes & Communication

- Work independently while maintaining open communication with the Executive Producer and the broader team.
- Participate in weekly production and marketing meetings, providing updates on progress, sales, and campaign delivery.
About You

You’ll have:
- 2–4 years’ experience in live entertainment, ticketing, marketing, or venue management.
- A strong understanding of theatre or live touring operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing assets and deliver campaigns.
- Experience working with ticketing systems, venue teams, and on-sale processes.
