The Opportunity

Based in Sydney Headquarters, you will be an integral part of our Australian operations, as the face of Pacific Talent Partners for our key clients.

This exciting and newly-created position will join a highly networked consulting team experiencing significant growth. You will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering on executive search projects in your practice and for your team.

About You

The ideal candidate for this career-defining position will possess the following capabilities and experiences:

• A demonstrated track record of success, ideally within a professional services or executive search environment; 

• Client acquisition, managing a portfolio of clients and delivering exceptional work;

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to tailor solutions to solve client challenges;

• Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; and

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
