Customer Service Role – Join Our Dynamic Team in Herbert!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Herbert. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction and plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations within our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, with a focus on clear communication, even when English may not be the first language for some customers.
Enter production orders, customer orders, and process invoicing accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate closely with the dispatch and production teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and accurately.
Handle any customer queries or concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
Experience with MYOB or Xero accounting software (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work within a business that operates 7 days a week.
