
Health Safety Environment Advisor

PARC Engineering is seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Advisor to join our expanding infrastructure team on a new FIFO project. The position will be on a 2:1 roster starting ASAP.
What you'll be doing
- Providing expert health, safety, and environmental advice, ensuring compliance with OHS&E regulations and company safety policies
- Assisting with the ongoing and day-to-day provision of HSE support, training, mentoring, reporting functions and systems
- Conducting workplace investigations, including ICAMs, audits, and risk assessments, while identifying incident trends and building strong relationships with clients
- Promoting and driving a strong safety culture across the site, while liaising with key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement in safety outcomes
What we're looking for
- Relevant Occupational Health and Safety qualification
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in a HSE Advisor position with a background in supporting mechanical and/or infrastructure site teams within the mining/construction industry
- Strong understanding of OHS&E principles, regulations and experience in completing workplace investigations
- Construction Induction card
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Current First Aid & LVR/CPR certificate
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
