Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager | $200k+ OTE | MSP

I am working with a modern managed services provider in the tech space who are looking to hire due to growth.

They invest heavily in their tech and their people, to allow their team to do what they do best, sell!

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new opportunities for managed IT services through targeted prospecting and relationship building
• Lead consultative discovery conversations with key decision-makers to understand business needs
• Uncover technical and commercial challenges and align tailored solutions to address them
• Identify and develop cross-sell opportunities within an existing client base
• Maintain and progress a strong sales pipeline using integrated CRM and automation tools
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to contract close

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience selling Managed IT Services (MSP) or broader IT solutions
• At least two years’ experience in MSP or IT solutions sales
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue and subscription-based sales models
• Confident managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
• Commercially driven, target-focused, and motivated by performance-based incentives
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Salary

$120k-$140k + Comms - OTE $200k (People in the business doing $250k)

Brisbane - Hybrid
