Associate CIAM Software Engineers

Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Engineer This is a long-term contract role for 12 months with 1 x 12-month extension term, located at our client’s ACT, QLD, or VIC offices with hybrid working arrangements. As The Selected Candidate, You Will

• Implement customised consumer identity and access management solutions using emerging technologies and CIAM best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions aligned with regulatory obligations and industry standards
• Optimise CIAM solutions for scalability, performance, and user experience
• Rotate through CIAM operations to investigate incidents and maintain platform health
• Develop and implement automations and integrations to enhance CIAM capabilities
• Be available for possible after-hours on-call duties

To Be Successful In This Role You Should Have

• Software development experience implementing customised Consumer Identity and Access Management solutions
• Ability to design CIAM solutions in alignment with business requirements and best practice
• Experience maintaining CIAM solutions, including resolving production incidents
• Experience with CIAM platforms such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping or equivalent
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage workload independently
• Proven ability to adapt in a fast-evolving platform environment

It Is Desirable If You Have

• Experience with ForgeRock, PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud, PingAM or PingIDM
• Experience engineering in a microservice architecture
• Frontend development experience
