Store Manager - Chermside, QLD

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all store operations: staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, visual merchandising, POS, and customer service

- Deliver proactive and professional sales service

- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets

- Manage stock control and reporting (weekly sales reports)

- Coordinate with Head Office, marketing, and merchandising on promotions and launches

- Prepare staff rosters and conduct interviews/appraisals

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in bags/luggage retail, including 2 years in independent store management

- Strong customer focus with proven sales leadership

- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
