Product Manager - Lending

Reporting to the COO, the Lending Product Manager will own the design, delivery, and performance of lending products for retail and SME customers. You’ll balance customer needs with commercial outcomes, managing product P&L while ensuring compliance and strong credit integration. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow lending products aligned to strategy and customer needs
• Own P&L delivery, driving profitability and customer satisfaction
• Partner with Technology, Risk, and Marketing to design and launch products
• Monitor markets, regulation, and competitors to keep lending solutions competitive
• Lead product documentation, approvals, and go-to-market launches

About You

• Proven Product Manager with lending expertise gained in banking, fintech, or financial services
• Strong understanding of credit policy, risk, pricing, and compliance
• Track record in launching digital lending products in agile settings
• Skilled in working with technology teams on customer-centric platforms
• Commercially minded, adaptable, and motivated by growth environments
