Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist in the Paid Social team, located in Burleigh Heads, QLD. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, analyzing web performance data, and creating effective online marketing campaigns. Daily tasks will include social media management, performance tracking, and communication with clients to ensure their marketing goals are met.

Experience and Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience optimising Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest) for eCommerce brands, preferably with annual spends over $1M.
  • In-depth understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and a proven track record of delivering results by identifying and executing on key optimisation opportunities.
  • Experience supporting the management and of scaling campaigns across multiple platforms, including creative research, ad copy creation, optimization, and reporting.
  • A strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Excel, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, and Tableau.
  • An ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, achieve buy-in from stakeholders, and communicate upwardly and downwardly to ensure alignment.
  • Experience with other digital advertising channels such as programmatic, native, and paid search advertising is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Burleigh Heads, QLD
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is desirable.
