At the edge of innovation and heart-centred care, Glenview Community Services is inviting a clinical leader to join them in reshaping the future of dementia care in Australia. 

Korongee Dementia Village is unlike anything else – 12 small homes designed to feel like home, not a facility. Their approach is progressive and person-led, and they’re proud to say it’s working. But it hasn’t always been smooth sailing. Glenview has faced its share of challenges, and over the past 18 months, they’ve transformed. With new leadership, stronger systems and a commitment to continuous improvement, they’re nearly at the summit of a major quality uplift – and this role will help them cross that finish line. 

You’ll work alongside a capable Facility Manager to lead clinical operations at Korongee. You’ll guide teams, analyse trends, refine systems and above all – ensure the people living there experience a life well-lived. Your experiences and professional insight will shape their model of care. Your curiosity will help keep them at the forefront of what’s possible in aged and dementia care.
