Job Title: Senior Showroom Sales ConsultantLocation: Melbourne
Hours: 40 hours per week, working a flexible rota (5 days in 7), in line with showroom opening hours (9:00–17:00)

Role overview
We are looking for a Senior Showroom Sales Consultant to manage and develop a high-performing showroom environment, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales performance and team engagement.
This role offers a clear progression path to Showroom Manager, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to develop their career within a growing international business.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the showroom operates efficiently and profitably in line with company standards
- Support the achievement of individual and team sales targets aligned with regional objectives
- Lead, motivate and communicate effectively with the team to drive performance
- Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising and brand standards
- Ensure excellent customer service and immediate engagement with all visitors
- Develop team knowledge through training and product updates
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Monitor market trends and competitors to support commercial decisions
- Maintain discipline and team standards in line with company policies
- Protect company assets and ensure compliance with procedures
- Represent the company at internal and external events
- Ensure accurate product recommendations and quotations
Health & Safety
- Maintain awareness of health and safety requirements within the showroom
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards
- Respond effectively to any incidents
- Monitor daily housekeeping standards
Personal attributes
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Professional presentation
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Experience in face-to-face sales in a similar environment
- Experience in KBB retail management is desirable
Education and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good numerical ability
- Previous experience in a similar role
