Graphic Design & Production Assistant - Awards, Trophies & Engraving

About the Role

Prime Trophies, a proudly WA-owned business, is seeking a creative and hands-on Production & Graphic Design Assistant to join our small, supportive team in Malaga.

You’ll work across both graphic design software and production equipment, bringing custom awards, trophies, medals, and plaques to life. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with practical making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and edit artwork using CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop (or similar)
• Personalise awards using laser and rotary engravers
• Operate CNC, UV printing and ribbon-making machines
• Design and produce custom ribbons, sashes, badges, and honour boards
• Apply vinyl lettering and custom finishes
• Assist with warehouse stock control and general duties

About You

• Skilled in graphic design software (CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar)
• Comfortable with Excel and general computer systems
• Strong eye for detail and quality control
• Practical, adaptable, and eager to learn new equipment
• Previous experience in signage, print, engraving or creative manufacturing highly regarded
