Role Description As an Expression of Interest — Boutique Store Partner, you will play a central role in the in-store experience at our Salamander Bay, NSW location. This is a contract, on-site role, focused on building strong customer relationships, understanding style preferences, and offering personalized fashion advice. On a day-to-day basis, you will welcome customers, provide styling suggestions, manage fitting room experiences, and assist with sales transactions. You will help maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure the store is organized and inviting, and support inventory tasks such as receiving, tagging, and restocking products. The role may also involve contributing to local community initiatives, learning new skills through ongoing training, and collaborating with the team to achieve store and brand goals. Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal interactions, and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers and team members.
• Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on delivering welcoming, inclusive, and solution-oriented support in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Retail Sales skills, including product knowledge, upselling or cross-selling, handling point-of-sale systems, and achieving individual or store targets.
• Solid Organization Skills to manage multiple customers, maintain store presentation, support stock management, and follow daily operational routines.
• Experience or interest in Training, such as mentoring new team members, sharing product knowledge, or participating in ongoing learning programs.
• Genuine interest in fashion, styling, and body-positive, confidence-building customer interactions.
• Ability to work on-site in Salamander Bay, NSW, including availability for weekends, late-night trading, and peak retail periods as required.
• Previous experience in boutique or fashion retail is advantageous but not essential; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
