About The Role As a key member of our team, you’ll play an integral role in both the clinical and retail experience, supporting our optometrists while delivering exceptional care to our loyal community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding patients through frame and lens selection with confidence and personalised care
• Delivering precise measurements, fittings, adjustments, and repairs
• Managing front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless patient journey
• Maintaining visually engaging, premium displays that reflect our brand
• Supporting the day-to-day flow of the practice with professionalism and initiative
