AWS Connect Administrator

We’re working with a large government organisation looking for an experienced AWS Connect Engineer to support and enhance their cloud-based contact centre environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be managing and improving Amazon Connect, building integrations, and helping deliver reliable, secure cloud solutions across multiple teams. The role

• Manage and support Amazon Connect environments
• Build and optimise contact flows and integrations (Lambda/APIs)
• Ensure systems are secure, stable, and cost-effective
• Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve performance
• Work closely with cloud, network, and project teams on delivery

What you’ll need

• Strong experience with Amazon Connect
• Solid AWS cloud engineering background
• Experience with Lambda and system integrations
• Scripting/automation skills (Python, Terraform, or AWS CDK)
• Good understanding of IAM, security, and best practices

• $94.81 per hour + super
• Contract through to October
• Brisbane CBD location
