As a Manager in our Sustainability team, you’ll play a vital role in providing independent sustainability assurance by assessing reporting accuracy, compliance, and controls to build trust in clients’ sustainability performance.   • Lead client engagements addressing complex sustainability and climate issues, including gap analysis and implementation of reporting standards (e.g., ASRS, ISSB)
  • Develop and manage greenhouse gas inventories (Scope 1, 2, and 3), climate risk and opportunity assessments, and net zero transition roadmaps
  • Translate sustainability regulations and frameworks (ISSB, CSRD, ASRS, NGERS, TCFD, TNFD, GRI) into practical solutions for clients
  • Lead, coach, and mentor teams, reviewing junior team members’ work and fostering a collaborative, growth-focused environment
  • Contribute to multi-disciplinary projects across a variety of sectors, progressively developing subject matter expertise in key climate topics
  • Support thought leadership initiatives and continuous advancement in climate science as it relates to business, investment, and government decision-making

What we’re looking for:

  • Relevant qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Sustainability, Climate Science, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in sustainability, climate reporting, or related consulting with a proven record of successful project delivery
  • Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of climate-related frameworks and reporting standards such as ISSB, ASRS, TCFD, TNFD, CDP, and GRI
  • Analytical expertise in conducting climate risk assessments, scenario analysis, and developing climate transition strategies
  • Leadership skills: Ability to manage teams, mentor junior staff, and drive project success across complex engagements
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical concepts and regulatory requirements to diverse stakeholders
