• Drive strategic airport operations, balancing day-to-day performance with long-term planning to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused outcomes.

As an Airport Manager for Canberra, you’ll take the lead in delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused airport operations. You’ll manage relationships with key stakeholders including airlines, ground handlers, and external suppliers and lead initiatives that improve performance across safety, financial, and customer metrics. Your ability to balance operational demands with long-term strategic priorities will be critical to success. To Be Successful, You’ll Have

• Experience leading airport or complex operations, with the ability to plan ahead and keep everything running smoothly.
• A background in managing change, supporting teams through new ways of working and building engagement along the way.
• Strong communication and relationship skills to work effectively with internal teams, airlines, ground handlers, and external partners.
• Confidence in making decisions and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
• A solid understanding of safety and compliance requirements.
• The ability to coach and develop people while fostering a positive team culture.
• Flexibility and resilience to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
