We have a great position available for an enthusiastic and motivated Administration Assistant to join our friendly and growing team. About The Role With strong links to Operations and Corporate Finance this position is responsible for the administrative coordination of vendor invoices for finance. In addition, processing of Accounts Payable invoicing and adhoc finance administration will be required.   • Ensure month end deadlines are met
  • Ensure all vendor invoices are authorised in accordance with company policy
  • Code invoices using company’s chart of accounts
  • Match invoices to purchase order’s and process
  • Diary Management
  • Travel Bookings
  • Expense Management
  • Run the office efficiently
  • Maintain staff skill training registers
  • Maintain contractor records and compliance
  • Assist in the recruitment and on boarding process of new employees
