About The Role As the Radiology Clinical Director for Tasmania, you will lead the strategic direction and growth of our radiology services across the state. Your leadership will promote best practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of excellence. You will mentor and guide a dedicated team, encourage sub-specialty development, and champion ongoing education and professional development to keep our team at the forefront of diagnostic imaging. With a diverse clinical mix including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography, and interventional procedures, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead a respected local provider known for quality and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and direction to the radiology team statewide
• Oversee quality assurance and service delivery
• Promote sub-specialty interests and continuous education
• Drive improvements in patient care and operational excellence
• Collaborate with the broader IDX network for knowledge sharing
• Foster a supportive, team-oriented culture

You Will Have

• FRANZCR qualification with high proficiency in general radiology
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a radiology environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Subspecialty skills in Women’s Imaging, MSK, MRI, or interventional radiology are highly regarded
