Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Project Officer located in Brisbane, QLD, with flexibility for some remote work. The Project Officer will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of diverse projects aligned with the company's mission. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating resources, preparing reports, conducting research, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects. Additionally, the Project Officer will collaborate with team members, offer administrative support, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

Ideally you have pertinent degree in the building industry or are working towards one. You may have an architecture, engjneering, construction management or property degree and be wondering whether client side project management is a good direction for you.

Skills we are looking for:

Management

  • skills, including the ability to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and oversee deliverables
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills to foster strong relationships with diverse groups and ensure organized collaboration
  • Research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking
  • Previous experience in the social infrastructure or buildings sector is an advantage
  • Importantly, you must be

proactive, personable and love working in a team.
