The Senior Project Manager leads the delivery of major projects or a portfolio of complex remedial works, holding overall accountability for safety, quality, program, and financial performance. The role oversees project teams from inception to completion, ensuring all works comply with contractual, legislative, and RM Watson requirements.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 15+ years’ experience delivering remedial or façade projects in live or complex environments.
- Proven capability managing projects valued at $5M+.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the BCA, remedial construction techniques, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated leadership of internal teams and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management.
- High-level problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (including Project or similar).
