About Rolln Media

Rolln Media is a Melbourne-based podcast and video production company working with leading brands, businesses and talent.

We operate premium podcast studios in Abbotsford and produce everything from full podcast series and social content, to branded video and live productions.

Alongside our client work, we also produce our own podcast IP, including Girls Next Door.

We are looking for an ambitious and highly capable Marketing and Growth Manager to help shape the next stage of Rolln Media.

About the Role

This is a high-impact opportunity for a senior marketer who wants genuine ownership and the ability to directly influence the growth of a creative media company.

You will be responsible for growing the Rolln Media client base, improving how we market the business, building a stronger sales pipeline and developing audience-growth campaigns across our owned content.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop the strategy, build the systems and execute the work.

You will work closely with the Director and production team across marketing, lead generation, business development, content, partnerships and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Rolln Media’s marketing and growth strategy
  • Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities
  • Manage incoming enquiries and ensure consistent follow-up
  • Lead targeted outbound business-development activity
  • Manage and optimise Meta and Google Ads
  • Improve website content, landing pages and conversion
  • Write strong SEO, marketing and sales copy
  • Manage CRM systems and the sales pipeline
  • Develop case studies, pitch decks and sales materials
  • Create marketing campaigns and content concepts
  • Develop audience-growth campaigns for Girls Next Door
  • Identify brand partnerships, collaborations and commercial opportunities
  • Report on leads, conversions, campaign performance and audience growth

About You

You are commercially minded, highly motivated and serious about building your career.

You take ownership, move quickly and make things happen.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong experience across marketing, growth and/or business development
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • A proven ability to generate leads and commercial results
  • Strong SEO and copywriting skills
  • Experience with websites, landing pages and conversion
  • Strong communication and client-management skills
  • Experience using CRM and reporting systems
  • Excellent organisation and follow-through
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative
  • A genuine interest in podcasts, media, content and entertainment

Experience within media, entertainment, podcasting or a creator-led business would be highly regarded.
