SBP Solutions is hiring.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from candidates for a Legal Practice Manager to join our growing business.
SBP Solutions supports law firms across legal practice management, trust accounting support, operational systems, workflow improvement, and document automation. Our work is hands-on, practical, and closely embedded in the day-to-day realities of legal practice.
We are looking for a capable, detail-focused professional who brings strong judgement, initiative, and a high standard of work.
This role is suited to someone who understands the operational side of legal practice and can confidently support firms across daily practice management, systems, process improvement, compliance, and administration.
The ideal candidate will be:
- organised and efficient;
- commercially minded;
- confident with systems and technology;
- proactive and solutions-focused;
- highly professional in their communication and work quality; and
- experienced in legal support, law firm operations, or legal practice management.
Experience with legal practice management systems, workflow improvement, law firm administration, and document automation will be highly regarded. In particular, experience working with legal precedents, templates, automation logic, or system-based efficiencies will be viewed very favourably.
We are based in Nerang, Queensland, and work with law firms across Australia.
