Expressions of Interest for Experienced Operators Searson Buck is seeking skilled and qualified plant operators for a quarrying role for a client based in Hobart. If you’re committed to safety, precision, and delivering high-quality service, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate machinery while maintaining a high standard of operations and machinery care
• Conduct pre-start inspections and perform basic maintenance on equipment
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards
• Utilise basic hand and power tools
• Support site operations as needed, contributing to team success

What We’re Looking For:

• White card (Essential)
• MR Licence (Minimum)
• Excavator
• Front End Loader
• Forklift Licence (advantageous)
• Watercart experience (Highly Desirable)
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and quality
• Ability to work rostered weekends and public holidays when required
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
