Content Producer (Mid-Level) — Senatra

📍 Hampton · On-site | Full-time · 6-Month Contract | Reports to Head of Content

About Senatra

Senatra is an expert guide for Australians and their families navigating life past 65 — so no one has to face what comes next on uncertain ground. Our expertise reaches people at the moments they most need it: aged care, health decisions, and the financial and legal questions that come with this stage of life.

About the role

This is a practical, hands-on role rather than a creative one. You'll work directly with our Head of Content to assess and publish written editorial, building an expansive, accessible knowledge library that genuinely matters to the people who read it.

What you'll do

  • Review written content against brand, content and governance guidelines
  • Assist in developing content infrastructure
  • Source research material to develop new content
  • Work efficiently to maintain our ambitious publishing schedule
  • Identify content gaps and contribute ideas for new content pieces
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing and Engineering teams

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years experience in editorial content production, in-house or agency
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
  • Experience using CMS and collaboration tools (e.g. Miro, Drupal, Notion)
  • Experience combining AI tools and human input to bring information to life
  • Powerfully good attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of SEO/GEO fundamentals
  • Genuine curiosity for using emerging technologies to achieve social good
  • Team spirit

Nice to have

  • Experience writing, editing or producing content in the healthcare industry
  • Ability to turn complex information into clear and accessible content
  • Familiarity with content analytics tools
  • Audio/video production skills — this role begins with written content but has scope to evolve

The offer

6-month full-time contract · Competitive salary· Hampton (3188), on-site only

How to apply

To apply, send a short note on why this role, one piece of content you're proud of, and your CV or LinkedIn to hiring@senatra.com.au
