Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Speech Pathologist, based in Maitland, NSW, Australia. The role offers both on-site and community-based services. As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will provide assessment and intervention services, address speech and language disorders, and design personalized therapy plans. You will collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure optimal care and outcomes, supporting communication development and addressing complex needs, including speech and communication disorders.

Qualifications

• Skilled in Speech Therapy and clinical application of speech interventions
• Expertise in identifying and treating Communication Disorders
• Proficiency in addressing Speech and Language Disorders in a variety of populations
• Strong ability to collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Well-developed communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant professional licensure and qualifications in Speech Pathology
• Experience mentoring or supervising less experienced professionals is desirable
