About Us ADF Health Services provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia. As part of this contract, Serco, in partnership with Bupa, provide defence-ready clinical and support staff across 50+ on-base locations nationally, ensuring that ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care. To learn more please visit www.serco.com/ahsc About The Role As the Enrolled Nurse at Robertson Health Centre, you will provide outpatient assessment and health promotion services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assess care levels required for patients and set priorities accordingly, initiate treatment for minor injuries and illnesses and be available to take last-minute shifts, ensuring flexible and responsive healthcare delivery. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

• A current, unconditional, and unrestricted registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• At least 2 years’ full-time post-registration nursing experience within the last 5 years (or part-time equivalent), in an acute care, primary healthcare, or military setting.
• Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.
• A current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
• Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Defence security clearance

About The Robertson Health Centre Robertson Health Centre is located on Robertson Barracks in Holtze, 15km east of the city of Darwin. The facility has a routine dependency of approximately 2,800 defence staff, with a large reserve component. The Barracks also accommodates an additional 2,500 US marines every 6 months from May to September. The health centre provides primary medical, pharmaceutical, dental, physiotherapy, and mental health services, and operates a 22-bed 24/7 ward. Standard operating hours are 0730-1530, Monday-Friday.
