We’re now looking for a Development Graduate to join our Development Team in Brisbane, offering hands‑on exposure and mentorship across a range of Queensland development projects.

About the role

As a Development Graduate, you’ll play an active role supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of land lease community development projects. Working closely with experienced Development Managers, consultants, and internal teams, you’ll gain exposure across the full development lifecycle — from feasibility and planning approvals through to construction and project completion.

This role is designed to build the foundations for a long‑term career in property development, with real responsibility from day one and the support to grow your capability over time.

What you’ll be involved in

• ·Supporting land lease community development projects across planning, design, approvals, construction, and the delivery of home builds and common area works, including civil works, built form, and landscaping
• Assisting with site assessments, project tracking, budgets, timelines, contractor coordination, and participating in site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• Working closely with internal teams (Acquisitions, Sales, Marketing, and Operations) and external consultants to support efficient project delivery
• Assisting with financial modelling, reporting, analysis, and project administration, including preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials for key stakeholders
• Promoting a strong focus on safety, quality outcomes, and customer experience throughout the development process

What we’re looking for

A recent graduate with a degree in Property Development, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline

• 0–2 years’ experience through graduate roles, internships, or industry placements (highly regarded but not essential)
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with tools such as Excel (experience with MS Project or Estate Master advantageous)
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• A genuine interest in property development and delivering high‑quality outcomes
