As a business development manager, you'll work across the full end to end short sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, helping business owners discover the Peninsula difference. What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the front-foot driver of new business - prospecting, identify and securing new clients across Australia.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: uncover leads, qualify opportunities, pitch, negotiate and close.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Bring energy, curiosity, and resilience to every call, meeting and pitch.

Who we're looking for:

  • A proven performer in business development ideally across end-to-end short sales cycles (rather than only account management)
  • A confident hunter - self-motivated, proactive, driven by success and motivated by results.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build credible relationships at multiple levels (including senior stakeholders).
  • Comfortable with targets, metrics and thriving in a fast paced, results driven environment.
