The Company Highly reputable and successful market leading Group that are going from strength to strength. This company has achieved outstanding results through organic growth, they are looking for a Commercial Contracts Administrator to join the commercial team in a newly created role. The Role As the Commercial Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for overseeing the objectives, development, and implementation of all commercial strategies Reporting to the Commercial Manager, who facilitates all the commercial transactions for the group, your key responsibilities are;

  • Prepare of all quotations, tenders, pre-qualifications, Group Agreements.
  • Ensuring commercial governance is communicated and maintained.
  • Ensure all documents and processes are maintained to the legal requirements for the Groups presentation.
  • Initiate, review, plan and administer the closing of commercial contracts.
  • Working with all parties to ensure the best possible commercial outcome is achieved.
  • Maintain good working relationships internal & external stakeholders, clients & subcontractors while negotiating and managing the contracts.
  • Maintaining all aspects of the company documents, policies, procedures and legal documents
  • Manage any Disputes as per the Contract Agreements, including legal representation with the legal team. Manage and review - where required the registers of assets, insurance, and work in progress information

The Person You will possess comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of contract management, program financial management, risk and opportunity management.

  • Performance reporting, budget preparation and administration.
  • Have a highly analytical approach and strong attention to detail.
  • Well-developed communication
  • Strong understanding and experience in a range of complex contracts and situations that arise from the variables of the industry and projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data from multiple sources and provide strategic insights.
  • Drive change and lead process improvement.
