Sales Manager - New Car

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader to join as a New Car Sales Manager. Working alongside the team of experienced sales executives you will establish and maintain a successful and high performing sales team. The Key Accountabilities In This Role Include

• Working with the General Sales Manager to control the acquisition of all new vehicle stock while maintaining inventory levels
• Market and position our dealership as Brisbane's premier BMW dealership, through the delivery of exceptional customer service
• Leading and managing a team of sales executives by example to ensure sales targets are reached and exceeded regularly

To Ensure Your Success You Will

• Have a proven track record in sales as well as leadership within the automotive industry
• Have a great ability to build rapport and relationships with customers
• Have an in-depth understanding of the financial aspects of the business
• Have the ability to create forecasts and analyse sales trends
