Responsibilities Will Include

• Perform oxy cutting operations on various types of scrap metal.
• Down size scrap metal to export standards.
• Operate and maintain cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Proven experience as a Scrap Metal Oxy Cutter.
• Proficiency in oxy-fuel cutting techniques and equipment.
• Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties.
• Knowledge of Scrap metal export standards
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and moving heavy materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
