🔐 Security Clearance Requirements:

• Highly desirable: Current Positive Vetting (TSPV) clearance.
• Minimum required: Negative Vetting 2 clearance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Positive Vetting clearance.
• Eligible nationality to meet ITAR requirements.
• Eligible to access Australian Eyes Only (AUSTEO) caveated information.

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop realistic training scenarios blending air capabilities with ground manoeuvre schemes for Combat Control Team (CCT), Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC), and Air Surveillance Operator (ASO) training.
• Collaborate with HQ78WG S02 Capability Development and/or AWI-CCI Course Director to align training outcomes.
• Coordinate with 4SQN Executive Office and sub-unit commanders for Force Generation (FORGEN), Raise, Train, Sustain (RTS), and currency/competency training requirements.
• Liaise with Air Warfare Centre Tactics and Training Directorate (AWC TTD), Exercise Control (EXCON), and ACG Plans for collective training event integration.
• Produce training materials aligned with Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) and Manual of Air Force Education & Training (MAFET), including:
• AWI-CCI Course
• CCT Full Mission Qualification and JTAC Courses
• CCT JTAC and Assault Zone Management (AZM) training
• ASO qualification workbook
• Collaborate with Combat Support Systems Program (SPO) and JTAC Simulator Operations to create simulator scenarios.

📝 Additional Tasks:

• Develop learning materials for AWI-CCI course, CCT Full-Mission Qualification (FMQ), and CCT JTAC/AZM training.
• Assist in ASO qualification workbook development.
